From teachers to front office staff to administrators, the roles vary, but the mission is the same. To recognize our team members, we will begin a Staff Spotlight Series! Every week, we will be spotlighting a staff member at each Intergenerational School!
Meet Mrs. Adu-Gyamfi
Gretchen Adu-Gyamfi has taught at Lakeshore for the past five years! Mrs. Adu-Gyamfi is a graduate of Ursuline College, and she is a Primary Cluster teacher!
What drew you to working education?
My students and helping them to have the best life possible.
What is your favorite thing about our school?
My team! Every single person on our team has only the best interest of our students in mind. They work tirelessly to meet the needs of each student.

I have four siblings!
Meet Ms. Monaghan
Emma Monaghan has been teaching at Near West for the past six years after graduating from the University of Toledo. She is graduating this May with a master's degree from Cleveland State University. Ms. Monaghan is a Developing Stage teacher.
What drew you to working education?
My grandparents were both educators. I believe that educators are extremely important pieces of a child’s life.
What is your favorite thing about our school?
I like the small community that Near West has; you get to know families well.

I love to travel! I’ve been to 8 countries and want to go to many more.
