From teachers to front office staff to administrators, the roles vary, but the mission is the same. To recognize our team members, we will begin a Staff Spotlight Series! Every week, we will be spotlighting a staff member at each Intergenerational School!
Meet Mr. Crenshaw El
Darnelle Crenshaw is a first-year teacher at Lakeshore after graduating from Case Western Reserve University! Mr. Crenshawl El teaches Refining Stage Math.
What drew you to working education?
Tutoring youth with math who were struggling.
What is your favorite thing about our school?
I love the community!

I make music, write poetry, and love sociology and history!
Meet Ms. Bojko
Katie Bojko has been teaching at Near West Intergenerational School for the past five years. Ms. Bojko graduated from Kent State University and is currently pursuing her master's degree from BGSU. Ms. Bojko is a Title 1 Teacher at Near West!
What drew you to working education?
When people younger than me, had that light bulb moment and their face showed pure joy that they learned something new.
What is your favorite thing about our school?
My relationships with co-workers and students.

I do not like sea life, and when I go swimming at a lake and ocean, I have to pretend that it is a pool. Also, I live with my husband and two children!
